    "Accessible and functional"
    I was a bit unsure about the hotel with it being on a service station however it's not directly off the motorway, more of an A road. Very accessible. Functional but comfortable rooms. Really good breakfast. Would stay again.
    "Hotel and chef"
    The hotel was well situated close to the motorway and to our frequent destination at St Margaret. The rooms were mainly clean and well appointed. We had a lovely breakfast with chef Andy Miller providing a great selection of cooked foods and, once we were able to sit him down and chat, he was really interesting about our shared military connections and his past service. He’s a great fellow and well worth a raise!! :)

    "Noisy location, large rooms."
    Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper, the road is noisy and unceasing throughout the night. Rooms are large and the bathrooms have a bath. Staff very helpful and friendly.

    Great stay. Lovely hotel. Comfortable rooms which have everything you could possibly need. Staff excellent and very professional especially our server Grant who took great care of us.. Food very good especially breakfast. Would. Highly recommend staying here.

    Country ramble or city break? You can do both at Premier Inn Hotel Hemel Hempstead West, with the Hertfordshire countryside and central London within easy reach. And, with plenty of transport links nearby, you'll be in a great spot for business too. Spend the morning walking the rolling chalk hills of the Chilterns, with maybe a pit stop at a pub for some lunch. Then in the afternoon you could take the family to Whipsnade to see the UK's biggest zoo. Or why not take a train into London to do some shopping in the West End? Then come back to the hotel for a meal in our restaurant, the Kitchen, and a comfy bed in your room.
