Parking is available at Riverside Shopping Centre car park, (HP2 4FW) which is connected to the hotel reception via footbridge. There is a height restriction of 2.2metres. For guests staying at the hotel, there is a discounted rate of £4 for each 24 of hours of parking and payment is made directly at reception. Also Moor End Road Council Car Park (HP1 1ED) has no height restrictions and is £4 per day between 8am - 6pm. Parking is free between 6pm - 8am.

"Great staff"
I stayed for a business trip and the room had been booked for the wrong date. The lady behind reception (light brown hair in a short bob) was so helpful and amended the booking. The same lady went out of her way to direct me to get some printing done. The room and facilities were as per Premier Inn standards, but the staff are great
"Very good room and exceptional service."
A colleague booked this room. The price was low and I didn't expect much. In fact the room was new and in pristine condition. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We arrived at 10:30 and the reception young lady was exceptionally friendly and helpful and we managed to get a drink at the bar. Next morning, the breakfast staff were again friendly and helpful. The whole visit exceeded my expectations and I travel a great deal. I do hope that I can fit in another visit.

I got a premier plus room,although didn't book that, and it was great, everything you needed hairdryer, fridge with water, ironing board and air con among all the standard you'd expect, bed very comfy, bathroom immaculate and lovely liquid soap too, all the staff were lovely, very welcoming and pleasant, the only downside really was the breakfast, plenty of choice in the fried options but very bland particularly the hash browns, normal offering while I was there is fried eggs, scrambled eggs sausages beans tomatoes black pudding bacon, I think u can ask for poached eggs too, mostly the food was cold or got cold quicky as all cold plates, this breakfast is buffet style, I never ate in the evening so can't comment, all in all particularly with the plus room I would go back, also very central in the new town 😁
"Room is good and clean"
Bed and pillows are nice and soft, room is clean,.only when you stay longer they wont clean your room they just change towel and take the rubbish. They didn't make the bed for stays or clean the cups..you have to do it yourself.
