"Amazing staff and wonderful stay!"

had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!

Compared to Travel Lodge in Hatfield this Premier Inn is TOP. Clean, bright rooms, clean toilets. The mattresses are providing a comfortable sleep. The price is affordable. The free WiFi works with no issues. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, caring and professional. A very Special Thank You to Sabreen, Hannah and Monica for making our stay unforgettable. And not to forget the staff at breakfast. The breakfast was amazing. The hot counter always had fresh items. Not dried out or greasy. The croissants were how you would expect it. A good variety of cereals, fruit and juice. The coffee was the best.... Thank you Premier Inn for making our stay great. We'll see you again very soon

"Great location, great staff - a good stay"

This hotel is easy to find and can easily be reached from St Albans via the A414 / M1 (This route can be very busy at peak times.) Parking was free and available but busy at times. It is used as a pedestrian cut-through from the dual carriageway, but usual caveat - lock your doors, keep valuable out of sight, etc. The staff were brilliant - friendly and very helpful. Legends! At the time of visiting the hotel was undergoing refurbishment. While this obscured the entrance to the Hotel it was not a showstopper and our our stay was quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was good for breakfast, evening options were limited but lots of alternatives available within a short driving distance This was booked at short notice and this was based on other positive feedback received. A great place to go - would be even better when the refurbishment is completed.

Premier Inn Hotel Hatfield is a gem of a place to stay. Hatfield House, one of the ten 'most treasured houses' in England, is just up the road. The Roman town of St Albans is within easy reach too, and London is a short train journey away. Spend some time at Hatfield's charming Mill Green Museum and see the watermill. Or visit Verulamium - that's St Albans nowadays - an extremely important Roman town, with its magnificent abbey. While you're here, take a day trip into London to get your culture fix, then come back to the hotel for some tasty food at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
