"2 night stay at the Ross-on-Wye Premier Inn - April 11th & 12th."
2 night stay at the Ross-on-Wye Premier Inn - April 11th & 12th.
Stay lived up to expectations.
Friendly staff, comfortable room, good value with advance booking, usual high standard of cleanliness, no noise, good service.
Will stay at Premier Inn, again starting May 2026.

"Motorcycle tour overnight stay"
Overnight stop on the return leg of a motorbike tour of South Wales - was looking for a warm welcome, comfy room and good grub - glad to say i was NOT disappointed! The usual Premier High Standard of staff, accommodation and food. Whats not to like?

"Have stayed there before and will go again - usual Premier Inn experience"
Ross-on-Wye was much the same as other Premier Inns we've used, with the same comfortable bed, although the pillows were ridiculously thick (luckily I took my own special pillow). We were particularly pleased that the room had a table and two chairs, instead of the usual desk with one chair - a significant improvement! Bath and rainhead type shower (no hand-held shower attachment), with shower gel supplied.
The choice of food for the evening meal was limited to 'popular' tastes (burgers, chips, salad, etc.), but was well presented and perfectly edible, though not to my taste. Service rather slow. Breakfast was much the same as usual, though with perhaps a little less choice than previously (no wholemeal or brown bread).
Very convenient location, but note that satnav took us to the wrong part of the road (had to turn right onto dual carriageway & go to next exit), quiet at night. Hotel was clean and staff polite and friendly.

"Beware of the "Parking""
Location fine for commuting in and around Gloucestershire.
Room great and as expected.
Upon check in not once was I informed about the parking situation stayed for 3 nights and now received a parking fine for my stay, even though the website clearly states free parking...come on premier inn give this information to your customers on arrival was more interested in selling the breakfast and evening meal.

"A stay of two halves"
Nice clean room and facilities. Cheery staff (lots of "hi guys"!). Useful location for Ross. If you're vegetarian, eat elsewhere; food is absolutely abysmal - high-carb fatty junk food, poor nutritionally and relatively expensive - there are much better (and cheaper) places in Ross, just a few miles away.
