      "Appalling Management"
1 member if staff doing 3 jobs, customers booking in, at the bar and serving meals. Appalling behaviour from Premier Inn managers. Treat your staff respectfully.
      "Should rename it Hotel Sauna"
Check in was good. Although the stay was ruined by the temperature of the room was very hot even though the window was open, has 2 fans and the outside temperature was 14oc the temperature in the room was still 26oc. Breakfast was good however they kept running out of items so had to make serveral trips to get everything I wanted.
      "Excellent place to stay."

      "Avoid"
Pros: room was clean - ie the bathroom and bedding. Member of staff on reception pleasant. Cons: room was unbearably hot it was actually so awful, we had a baby with us so I had a room temperature with me and the room stayed around 24 degrees - we couldn’t cool the room down, the window only opens a couple of inches and the fan literally made 0.2 degrees difference. The rooms stank of fried breakfast food, our room smelt like hash browns and another like bacon. To the extent that I felt like I smelt like o had been in the kitchens cooking when I left and didn’t feel like my clothes smelt fresh. Noise: music playing late at night (I went to reception but they said there shouldn’t be any music) and again in the morning. I’m not sure if we were just unlucky with whoever was in the room below us. Sleep: little achieved due to the above reasons. Randomly the mirror was no where near the desk so when getting ready you had to stand at the other end of the room. Large tv screen in reception showing CCTV was a little disconcerting, it gave me the impression that they’d had enough issues in the past to feel this was necessary - not great for giving you confidence when you first walk in. To be honest I’d wholly regretted staying here and would not go back.
"Parking Charge Notice - Avoid this hotel"
Just received a PCN from my stay here. Although i entered my car details, maybe i put a letter O instead of a Zero .. maybe I entered the wifes car instead of mine .. who knows. As a contractor i can spend 10k in a year on P Inn or T Lodge stays and not had this before so i guess its best to avoid this specifc hotel. Shame as the staff are v pleasant
