"A good nights stay."

Had a good stay here from the 23rd - 23th of May 2026 with my husband. It is located a bit outside the city centre but still a nice enough location. We stayed in a premier plus room and it was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The food was good quality and the service was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

"A super stay at a super premier inn!"

Lovely welcome from George at the front desk, explained everything well and super friendly with the kids. Dinner was really nice in The Social - George was also running the restaurant as well as the front desk and was so apologetic for any delays - but there wasn’t any delays and he was doing a wonderful job! Comfy beds (even the kids sofa bed and the extra bed - all good mattresses not thin and not a z-bed in sight!). Super clean bathroom as well, plus a nice breakfast too - literally cannot fault it!

"Average Stay with Basic Comfort"

The hotel stay was fairly average with a mix of good and average points. The room was clean enough and provided the basic comfort needed for a short stay. Staff were polite, but service was a bit slow at times. The facilities were acceptable, though some areas felt slightly outdated.

"Perfect for a nights stay"

The hotel is in the middle of renovations when I visited, so everything is very clean and fresh right now. The rooms were perfect for ameneties and size, and the bed was very clean and comfortable. Parking at the sit was very easy, and easy to register my car upon arrival. Every member of staff was very friendly, and helpful for the whole time I was there. Overall it was exactly what I needed as a bed for the night!

We stayed in a premium room but these are at the back of the hotel backing onto the dual carriageway which was noisy all night. Coffee machine did not work after trying three pods.. The food in the social in the hotel is absolutely disgusting. We booked a meal deal with a drink wine in a tin awful the veggie burger was absolutely disgusting and not eatable with foul sauce and manky lettuce.
