"Recent stay at Winchester"
Good location. Usual Premier Inn room - clean and comfortable. Stairs from the entrance unusable, but lift working ok.
The parking is through a third party, and is too much.

"Room ok, restaurant a joke!"
Room was nice, breakfast was good. But the restaurant is ridiculous. The air con has been broken for months and it is so uncomfortably hot that you didn’t want to stay long. Unfortunately the evening meal took 3 hours for just 2 courses. The poor waiter seemed to be serving the entire restaurant. Breakfast was the same, ridiculously hot and not enough staff to keep tables clean and food replenished. The staff are rushed off their feet as there are only 2 on and they have to run reception too! They need more staff and they need to sort the air con in the restaurant for the sake of guests and their poor staff!

"Great location and some staff were great others needed training"
Location was great but room and meal service let it down.
No TV remote, off milk and broken hairdryer only one of which was fixed whilst we were there.
Evening meal service was shocking it took hrs for food we sat at 7.30 and didn't get food till well over 1.5hrs for food

great location for paultons park. perfect for families, great room layout. Very clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was very good value as well.

"Blocked sink room 215 not fixed whilst staying"
I checked into Premier Inn Winchester on 11th August and was assigned Room 215.
I opted for an early check-in at approximately 1:00pm.
At 3:00pm I noticed that water was not draining from the bathroom sink.
By 5:00pm the water remained stagnant in the sink with no drainage.
I reported the issue to reception at 17:30 to a member of staff named Raj. I was informed that the matter could not be addressed until 9:00am the following morning when maintenance would be available. Raj advised that if a cancellation occurred I could be moved to another room, however no alternative accommodation was available at the time.
I requested a plunger and attempted to clear the blockage myself, but this was not effective and the water continues to remain stagnant in the sink.
I would appreciate it if this could be rectified as soon as possible, as I checked in earlier today and I am concerned that this has not been reported or logged properly
