    "A comfortable stay With an enjoyable breakfast"
    The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, the room was clean giving you all that is required for a good night’s sleep, breakfast is good with freshly cooked hot food. I would recommend a stay here. Very close to Paultons Park. A special mention about Garth who looked after us so well, Thank you!
    "Room like an Oven!!!"
    The 1st floor bedrooms are located in the roof area so the temperature in the room during our stay in the summer was unbearable! 29c with no air con!! and a toddler! Won't be back here again.
    "Don't get upstairs rooms in the heat."
    If you get stuck with an upstairs room in the heat, don't think about getting any sleep. The rooms are very hot, the windows don't open properly and the fans are noisy. They appear to have downgraded their bathroom, so sitting on the toilet involves trying to avoid the toilet paper holder. On telling them we had to leave early as the heat in the room was unbearable, we got, "oh well".
    "Not the best, is ok"
    Not the best premier Inn I've stayed at but is ok. Pros Free car parking Clean room / standard premier Inn room Quiet Cons Warm! There is no aircon and the thermostat that looks like it is aircon isn't. Staff I encountered are in no way friendly Requested ajoining rooms months in advance but someone messed up and the adjoining room was given away. Exterior and car park needs a lot of work Not related to the hotel but the Vine Inn nextdoor is handy to have onsite but the service was very slow and other than it is convenient I wouldn't bother.
    "Avoid the hotel, it’s terrible"
    Car park was a mess, building materials and rubbish. Staff on reception seemed disinterested and kept on playing with his phone. Air con in the room broken, fan that was proved was noisy and ineffective. Shower leaked over the bathroom floor.
