"I do not think so"
I have stayed in a few premier inn’s this has to be up there as one of the worst. The room was dusty, furniture shabby, plug holder on the bath was hanging off, grime in the bathroom, paintwork peeling by the window, musty smell in the room, room really muggy and warm. Receptionist was ok but told me my room number verbally ( which not meant to do, especially with a female travelling alone) would i stay here again?? Very much doubt it. Was booked for me for work, would definitely not have picked here.

"Premier in."
Room was absolutely filthy. My child wouldn’t stop coughing throughout the night as it was that dusty. We moved to a different hotel, and was so much better especially for the daughters health

"Terrible - disgusting"
Stayed here this week to attend peppa pig world with my 2 kids. We came down from Scotland. The hotel was filthy. The room was thick with dust & mould. The bathroom was so unclean, there was faeces stains at the bottom of the toilet.
No air con when it was 30 degrees was no fun. The fan we had was thick with dust and blowing dust everywhere. The lady at reception kindly tried to clean the fan, hoovered the dust and also brought us another fan which we appreciated. The staff were lovely on reception.
Hotel was honestly something out of a horror film with cleanliness

"Complete let down."
This is the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed. Room was very warm. The place is very tatty and did not feel clean. Staff mediocre at best. Premier Inn can do better. This is a very poor example of the brand.

"The dirtiest “premier” inn I’ve stayed in"
The room was filthy, I have many photos to prove it. The hotel doesn’t have air con so there was a fan in the room and oh my god the amount of dust inside it was disgusting! We didn’t use it because of this. There were multiple cobwebs around the room. The lamp shades there was very easily visible dust like they’d never been cleaned. One of the bedside lamps didn’t even work. There were also screws sticking out near the bed that had been bent back against the wall! The dust was an issue for one of us due to asthma and allergies. I hated my young daughter being in such a filthy place. But it was a trip for her and we didn’t want to create any fuss in front of her. Because of this we didn’t tell anyone but I have photos and videos to prove it. Oh and also the hair dryer kept cutting out and when I did get it to work it sounded like it was going to catch fire. Not pat tested in over a year and although I know there no legality to when to do this, 12 months for such a business as “premier” inn you’d expect them to look after their electrics.
The paid breakfast was disappointing due to only have one member of staff and always having to ask for bread and juice! She was rushed off her feet and needed help!
For all of the above problems I’d like to get a refund for such a terrible stay.
