    "Great customer service"
    Stayed for 1 night before our cruise. Sharan and Amy on . Reception were really welcoming and helpful. I had seen Sharan emptying the bins and litter pick while we were waiting for check in .Yes it doesn't look great when you first drive in and it could be signposted better, but the rooms were clean and comfortable with flyscreens on all windows. Our bathroom was really clean and had everything we needed. Just as a side note the Hungry Horse next door is cheap and cheerful but is really grotty with sticky tables and split seats. Have breakfast in the premier inn much cleaner.
    "Sharan the receptionist and the night porters are so welcoming."
    Sharan the receptionist is extremely helpful and kind and since perfect woman for the job! Myself and my sister had to stop off at this hotel for a couple of nights. We have gotten the ferry from Rosslare (Ireland) to Pembroke (Wales) which was 4 hours long, then we had to drive another 4/5 hours to this hotel. We were extremely tired and from the get go the night porters were so kind and really helpful. Then, when Sharan came in she didn’t know what good enough to do for us! She was so helpful and really welcoming. I have never felt so welcomed anywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and also, the rooms are spotless! All of the staff are amazing!
    "Convenient hotel location"
    Hotel was convenient as it was close to our job, we arrived at 6pm and was checked in fairly quickly. Unfortunately our room didn't have hot water to have a shower which was the biggest flaw as we'd like to have come on a showered and gone straight to dinner. This was resolved by the staff by letting us into a spare room to shower. The rooms are also very hot on the 1st floor.

    Good value, great breakfast with friendly, welcoming staff in the restaurant. Comfortable beds and a great nights sleep. A couple of local pubs within easy walking distance for dinner.
    "Great stay"
    Booked to stay here as we were going to paultons park the next day. Great location and value and fantastic service from Gareth and Sharan. The breakfast was very good too.
