"Excellent service"
The staff on reception were excellent. Happy and cheerful when we arrived and left. Rooms very good. Breakfast was well cooked and a good selection of food

"Staff made our stay perfect"
I stayed at Premier Inn Southampton West because my daughter is doing her Duke of Edinburgh expedition in the New Forest.
I want to say a massive thank you to everyone at this Premier Inn.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and pleasant as possible. That made our stay as stress free and dare I say, very pleasant as possible. We have never been in this area before and having health issues due to a stroke (mobility, speech, etc) can make long distance travelling quite challenging.
It started with Sharon a few days before our stay, who made sure we had an extra single bed in our room and a bath as there was no family rooms available when I booked and gave us a local taxi number.
Corina made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Our room was cool even though there was a heatwave.
Breakfast was consistently made very pleasant everyday by the all the staff (Amy, Flora, Amin etc). The whole housekeeping (Kim) team are so friendly and always very happy to help.
The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet.
And finally very big thank you to Alistair (manager) for going above and beyond and helping us with a dilemma we have on our last day.
It’s been an absolute pleasure being here the past few days. I highly recommend staying here.
The whole team are very approachable, friendly and have got an absolute great sense of humour, which made what was meant to be a stressful stay (because of the reason for us to be in the area) very enjoyable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Very friendly staff especially sharan who made us feel very welcome and made our stay a delight. Rooms were clean and tidy and had the best night sleep . Breakfast was amazing !!

"Just the job"
Just the job. Staying at paultons couldn't be closer. Comfortable, reasonable , decent breakfast, staff friendly and efficient. Room has what you need. Little tired but clean and tidy.
Would benefit from air con. They did provide good fan though. Enough parking. Stayed a few times now. Recommend.

Lovely stay a truly remarkable breakfast fit for a king, the chef must have come from a Michelin star restaurant as everything is pure perfection.
Hotel staff are very attending and knowledgeable of the local area and always more than happy to help
All in all a really nice stay
