Southampton West hotel

Very good location ,reasonably priced and friendly staff.comfortable bed ,great shower and finally the breakfast was outstanding

We have stayed here before and were very happy to stay again. It's so convenient for visiting Paultons Park (only a 5 minute drive). We've always had a great room off the main corridor, so it's been so quiet. This year we stayed during the very hot heatwave. This Premier Inn has no air conditioning, but there was a fantastic fan in the room, which kept us cool all night. The staff are always friendly here. The breakfast room is a bit small, so during very busy times you might need to come back a bit later. They were fully booked when we were there, but we managed to get a table first time. The car park could do with a few pot holes being filled in, another customer tripped on one and fell down. This is our 4th stay here and each time has been great. We would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was in quite a poor state. The unit and door stopper were broken, and the temperature was almost unbearable in the heat with no air‑con. The fan provided was much better than the tall standing one we’ve had previously, which did help. The toilet was also blocked with a very slow flow, and water was rising in the bath. Staff were willing to sort it, but we managed ourselves in the end — it just needed the flusher held down for a longer spell. We do understand that the inn is mainly used by families with young children visiting PPWorld, so as a family with two little ones, it was still perfectly manageable for us and the location is perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed here as it's very close to pepper pig world. Room was comfortable and staff very friendly, had breakfast which was good and kids eat free with a paid adult meal so it was great value

It absolutely fantastic to stay here, the staff are so welcoming and get my daughter a birthday card every year its fantastic. Its Clean and staff goes above and beyond to make your stay fabulous.
