We stayed here the night before we sailed from Southampton on the 12 June 2026
We were given extra’s in the form of toe nail clippings and chocolate wrappers left behind from previous guests on the floor in our room
Disgusting
We informed the manager when we checked out first thing on the Saturday morning - she said sorry and made a note….. had we noticed the night before we would had left immediately!
My husband has since emailed customer services to ask for their opinion on the matter and has not even received an acknowledgement!
I have never had this problem before and am disappointed to say the least.

Last time I stayed here I had aircon and a coffee machine.
Now w they say air con with premier inn plus crap coffee . Extremely poor for price paid . If you stay at hotels in Southampton they have air con as standard.
This hotel is attached to a beefeater. Food ok but the prices have increased a hell of a lot of.
My next business trip I will be staying in west quay rooms are so much better especially in this heat.
Should have known when I booked a few months ago and this hotel had closed sending booking to town.

Good location and helpful staff. Had to change rooms due to party noise from house at the back of the hotel. Good value except having to pay for the carpark on top of booking a room is a bit much. However, on the plus side is the unadvertised ability to leave the car for £5 perday if going on a cruise. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Could do with decaf teabags.

The room was very clean and airy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice large car park and easy to find.

"Great place but Car parking a scam"
Love staying here on many occasions, especially the plus rooms. Pay for car park BUT KEEP THE RECEIPT as received parking charge despite paying within 3 minutes of arrival. Clearly their computer is at fault or they try it on anyway. How sad that this should spoilt a stay.
