"Not wort the cost of a meal deal"
I wouldn’t recommend the attached restaurant. The food was way over cooked on both mixed grills , sausages looked like they were left from breakfast and nearly cold . Two glasses of wine served in dirty glasses and brushed off by careless waitresses as watermarks, but clearly lipstick. Waitress was slightly aggressive when asked to explain the bill. Breakfast marginally better but dirty cutlery, wood floor in restaurant sticky / dirty. Premier inn receptionist that greeted us I think had got out the wrong side of the bed , not very welcoming. All in all I wouldn’t recommend as the restaurant has not improved from a previous visit. Seems it still run by young inexperienced staff who really have no interpersonal skills or desire to encourage guests to return .
"Pre cruise stop"
Great stay. The windows open but there is retro fitted air con which was nice! The rooms have been updated to the new style of premier inn which I hadn’t experienced before, it’s new and fresh. No noise at all during my stay and I had a great nights sleep. The restaurant was the only option and very poor but that’s not the hotels fault and we did not want to drive to get food. The hotel is right next to the park which is convenient for park run on a Saturday morning. Not far from the cruise terminal about 20 minutes in the car. With free parking I’d chose this hotel again but maybe eat before arriving.
"Disappointed."
Room was ok, But the restaurant was far from ok, food was not very good cold and I might add a bit too expensive. Breakfast was also below average. Given a table next to toilets which smelt and then not everything was ready at the same ie Eggs / Bacon etc. it would appear the restaurant was understaffed. This has put my wife off staying a premier inn again.
"A surprisingly comfy stopover. "
The upgrade we got to Premier plus was fantastic . Everything you need for a comfortable stay . The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the meals were great . Located just off the m3 the hotel is a convenient stop over on the main route to Southampton and the coast beyond .
"Great service from Casey"
Would just like to thank Casey for all her hard work in the restaurant. After being left alone for approximately 1 and a half hours to seat guests,pour drinks, serve the food and quite literally run the whole restaurant all alone she done awsome even though she look shattered she still smiled and carried on. Thanks Casey for a great service
