    There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Grosvenor Square multistorey car park (SO15 2BE), a 3-minute walk away from the hotel. Charges running from 8am til midnight at £11 for 24hrs, free outside of these hours. There is an outside car park available next door( Grovesnor north car park). Height restrictions: 6' 3", The Grovesnor Multistorey is not free to disabled badge holders however they can display their badge in the outside north car park.

    "They went out of there way to help us"
    There is a gentleman who works there his name chris & a lady called manni just want to say they outstanding customer service I give them 5 stars
    "Great service from Chris, in particular, on the front desk and in the restaurant. He worked his socks off! Excellent!"
    Great service and very conveniently situated hotel. Chris in particular was very helpful and couldn’t do enough to advise and help.
    "Bad food"
    The public area not clean. The window door to the room and the dining room carpet The food is very bad. Not tasty at all. It is a supermarket food !!! I was disappointed

    Brilliant stay big family group all set up and comfortable. Breakfast was great value, even borrowed iron board and iron excellent service

    We spent 2 days before a cruise out of Southhampton.The staff was super and could not have been better. The rooms were very clean and the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was excellent and Happy Hour was great. Would highly recommend it.Need medicine that needed refrigeration,and they took care of that also.
