    There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Grosvenor Square multistorey car park (SO15 2BE), a 3-minute walk away from the hotel. Charges running from 8am til midnight at £11 for 24hrs, free outside of these hours. There is an outside car park available next door( Grovesnor north car park). Height restrictions: 6' 3", The Grovesnor Multistorey is not free to disabled badge holders however they can display their badge in the outside north car park.

    "Comfortable, friendly staff, very busy due to cruise port and theatre nearby so book for food in advance."
    Easy to get to, rooms clean, staff friendly. Very busy on the Friday night when we arrived for a table at 8pm for dinner. Although slow, Chris our server was excellent, very helpful attentive and even apologetic for the long wait. He was very kind to inform us of the meal offer, although he seemed to be the only staff member running around he was always right in hand to help us. Breakfast was very nice, very well organised and the chef was very friendly. Would stay again

    Great stay at the Cumberland perfect for going to the mayflower theatre 3 min walk Staff friendly and helpful and the room clean tidy perfect for our stay Definitely recommend!!!

    Room obviously hadn't been hoovered , bath plug hole had loads of hair in it. No TV remote and bath/shower taps wouldn't turn on, sink water only luke warm. When reported to 3 members of staff no apology. Very unhappy!!
