My room was not very clean. There were food crumbs at the bottom of the bed and all sort of things sticking to my feet from the carpet. The pillows had a horrible sweat and dirty smell. You also have to pay for WiFi. They offer free WiFi that is very unreliable. I had to work for a couple of hours fron my room and I was not able to while on the free WiFi. For the price they are charging, this is terrible service. The location is good because it’s close to restaurants but parking is £15 per night 😱. You are better off at an airbnb to be honest.

Stopped here before we went on our cruise and despite the room / building looking a little out dated and needing a bit of TLC it was perfectly adequate for 1 night and really reasonable in price in comparison to the other hotels closer to the port. About 10 minute walk away from the center but it was a nice walk through the park! But what made it was the staff in the restaurant/bar James and Charlene were fantastic, welcoming and friendly, James gave us some really good tips for the ship we were going onto as well, much appreciated and a great start to our holiday. Thank you
