"Worst Hotel - AVOID"
Avoid. Dirty smelly and incredibly hot. Staff know there is a problem but on complaints to head office, they said I’d never complained about the heat. Avoid at all costs. They don’t care at all

"Drop in standards"
Disappointed to see the site no longer has air con. I didn't look so that's on me but I stay annually and didn't expect the change. The fans in the room we're caked in dust, the sink clogged with hair and the shower head blocked with limescale except for maybe a dozen nozzles.

A convenient location ideal for both Southampton shopping or Football. Walking distance to both. The rooms have all the basic needs for a short stay. Parking spaces are very limited especially compared to the size of the hotel.
