My partner and I came to the premier Inn at Southampton city. We were delighted with the service the staff are beyond helpful. The food is good and tasty. There was a bar staff that made it me constantly laugh. The bedroom was comfortable and clea. Overall it was a excellent place to stay.

"The night we almost died"
We are completely distraught that during a sustained heat wave, you didn't give us a warning that there was no air conditioning in the hotel , as 71 year olds with the obvious illnesses should have been given the option of a move when we were checking in,
I felt like I was having a heart attack and my wife has chronic breathing difficulties and should have been addressed at check in
My wife and I having been using premier inn for years , but we will never be able to trust you enough to use you again

Great location and onsite parking at a reasonable charge. The restaurant was really nice and service was exceptional. Enjoyed a few drinks and pizza before a comfortable nights sleep. 10 minute walk to the city centre for a little shopping before heading off on our cruise. 🚢
