    "One night stay"
    We stayed 1 night before our cruise.i found all the staff lovely.the hotel def needs a refurb.the carpets through out are badly stained .our room was very outdated.there were chips out of the skirting boards. Alot of marks on the walls.all needs painted.i have to say the bed was very comfortable. The food was nice but bit expensive for a premier inn.it was very close to the shops and restaurants. Overall it was bit pricey for 1 night when it def needs a refurbishment.

    A terrible experience. Be warned. The hotel is dirty. The room was grubby. Stains on every soft furnishing. The carpets were disgusting. The whole room just felt sticky and unclean. The double bed had a single sheet stretched half way across the centre, so we had to request new sheets. There was no AC, a barely working fan, and the windows opened about 2 inches. Very noisy outside, and rundown. Never again!

    No air conditioning, room was very dirty. Shower curtain too short. Dust on windows. TV channels did not work. The breakfast was nice though

    We stayed at the hotel the night before our cruise and it was fine. It is hot but they had fans in reception. The only tip I would give is make sure you book dinner as the restaurant was really busy, the same with breakfast. Also not many spaces in the car park but it was fine for what we needed.

    Hotel located near city centre although area it's self bit run down. The hotel is clean but maybe a little tired they have a new one by the quays most likely better. Also one thing that has changed from when I use to come here (since 2011 ) is the Air con which is no longer operating in the hotel all you get is a fan not the best.
