    "Minging!"
    Absolute dive, easily the worst premier in we've ever stayed in Carpets are filthy the whole place is run down and need a good overhaul. But a bargain price of £185 for one night including complimentary floater in the room toilet and rats outside!
    "Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed In"
    The Premier Inn Southampton City Centre, is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Here are some of the highlights: The room was a standard room, made for 1-2 people, and they shoved 4 of us in there. Once all the beds were in the room there was barely any room to move in there! There was no air conditioning so it was like a sauna in there. They gave us a fan which barely worked so they gave us another one but it was still super hot all night, which meant we barely slept the whole holiday. The desk was broken as was the toilet seat. There were bits knocked out of the walls, stains in the hallway, the internet was the slowest I've ever experienced at a hotel....I could go on but you get the point! The only saving grace was the staff who were all brilliant. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, especially the evening duty manager, Sarah, who seemed embarrassed when we showed her how bad our room was.
    "Excellent Service & Smooth Stay at Premier Inn Southampton Airport Parkway"
    I recently stayed at the Premier Inn near Southampton Airport Parkway and had a very pleasant experience overall. I’d like to especially mention a young man at reception whose name started with “S” (unfortunately I didn’t catch the full name). He was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout my stay. Although the hotel has had self check-in kiosks for a while, they’ve recently been updated with more modern systems. While they look sleek, the process was a bit confusing for some guests, especially those unfamiliar with the new setup. Thankfully, the receptionist was on hand, assisting everyone with patience and a positive attitude. His support made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The hotel’s bar and restaurant were also excellent. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the service was great—perfect for winding down after a day of travel. All in all, it was a comfortable and convenient stay made even better by the outstanding service at reception. Premier Inn is lucky to have such a dedicated staff member.
    "Clean and comfortable night’s stay"
    Four of us spent one night before our cruise and were very warmly greeted by Sara. We both managed to park in the hotel car park and fortunately it wasn’t a hot evening so the lack of aircon wasn’t an issue, the fan was fine. Our room was clean and comfortable.
    "Dreadful."
    Awful night, hot and noisy. The air con was off resulting in stifling heat, the small fan was hopeless, opening the window meant sleep was badly disrupted by frequent passing trains. The lovely staff were clearly uncomfortable. The lobby had no room for everyone to use the automated check out. It was horrible. We will not return.
