    "Shelly review Southampton"
Shelly was absolutely Amazing she embodies service excellence. You need to try and copy her for all your other sites she made my stay warm and seamless and obviously fed me to the brim
"Modern hotel, easily accessible, good parking."
Excellent overnight stay. Staff very customer friendly & helpful with local information. Our room was spacious and well appointed with toiletries provided. Good choice for breakfast, both hot & cold. Would we visit again, certainly a yes!
    "AVOID! Premier price, low standards."
AVOID! THIS HOTEL! I am writing to this to express my profound disappointment with the condition of the room I was assigned during my recent stay at your hotel. When I checked into Room, I was shocked to find that it was in a state of the disarray and was not clean in all areas. Specifically, I encountered the following issues: For example: The bathroom toilet had not been cleaned and the extractor fan appeared non functioning. The AC was not working and a cheap noisy fan had been placed in the room (we noted there seems to be lots of these near reception so guess the whole hotel was like this) There were scale/residue bad enough in the kettle when we made tea it was in the cups. The lamp on the desk is discoloured and doesn't even work. Poor curtains look more like a night sky with stars the amount of holes in them. The booking was made by phone and we where told there was parking. Subsequently found out yes there is but it's limited and costs extra. Just be up front and put this at the top of your website! Don't let guests turn up frustrated to find parking, especially when they have children and you know this as they booked a family room! Be open about the fact it right over the railway line. One nights stay we had wasn't to bad but if I'd know or wanted to stay longer this wouldn't be ok! Inform guests before they stay. As a "premier hotel" I expected a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene, which your hotel failed to provide. This lack of attention to detail is not only unprofessional but also made my stay deeply uncomfortable. We arrived quite late very tried from a European trip with our child and left early so we didn't raise a complaint at the time as we needed sleep. Plus we didn't want to stay there any longer than we had to! Thankfully your bed where clean and comfortable. Seems only one person in this hotel does there job properly. Premier Price! Budget room! Avoid!
    "Well looked after in Southampton"
All the team were amazing throughout our our stay. From check in through to breakfast all the staff were helpful. Great service Kasia and team
"I had to book another hotel it was so disgusting"
Worst place I have ever checked into, first room was digusting and dirty, advised the staff and he didn't apologise, just gave us another room to try and the condition was the same. The duty manager was apologetic but completely unhelpful, she tried to get us to try a THIRD room and said she would clean it herself (not what you want to hear from any manager). We had to find somewhere selse, we booked the Leonardo close which was only £5 more expensive and so much better, luckily they had space. Dirty rooms, stained upholstery, dirty toilets. Spoke with customer relations who were extremely helpful, I spoke with Limidi and he was apologetic and helpful, got us a full refund. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else.
