Great experience in restaurant with Steve, Malay and James, but Charlene in particular went above and beyond to keep us entertained. We were a large group with kids and nothing was too much trouble. Great friendly service with a smile.

Location was perfect for the cruise terminal.
Atmosphere was welcoming and helpful.
Great value for money and Charlene who works in the restaurant was amazing. She was like talkie to someone you have known for years. Happy pleasant and very welcoming

The room was clean and tidy, the communal areas smelt of cigarettes and the restaurant was awful.
Very limited selection, the starters and main brought up at the same time. They then took mains back and must have been under a heat lamp, including my salad!!!!!
