"Carpet grippers and filthy"
Disgusting carpets don't fit room peeling furniture dirty wall and noise levels way above normal. Freight trains goes all night every couple of mins.carpet grippers sticking g out everywhere and the management do not care

"Very disappointed"
We only booked for 1 night as we were departing for our cruise and location was pretty good .
However it was disappointing in various aspects . Everything was very tired looking. 1 lift was broken waiting time was not good so twice I ran the stairs which were dirty.. all the windows throughout were filthy.
The room felt tired .and the carpet was tatty...
Bed was comfortable.. sheets clean but not what we have experienced on previous visits to the premier inn. .we paid 120 for the night...I wouldn't stay again if in Southampton

"Great central location, great food, comfortable bed"
Great walking location to the town centre and easy drive to the port. Very comfortable bed and basic comfortable room. Great food, cooked breakfast choice and evening meals very good. We will definitely choose to stay here again. We arrived around 5pm and there was plenty of available parking, but I did notice this filled up quite fast as the evening went on. The parking is situated ground level (partly) under the hotel - this is a public car park pay on exit - we paid £13 for 24 hours.
