"Perfect in every way"
Great value hotel with clean spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and large shower. Breakfast was generous and cooked to perfection. A perfect pre-cruise stay.
"Brilliant Hotel"
We really enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn Southampton. Lovely clean bedrooms with every facility. Meals served were excellent and we had both breakfast and dinner at this hotel. Location was great next to Quay large shopping centre and handy for airport an cruise teminal.
"Short Break"
I was really impressed with the newly renovated rooms—modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. Everything felt fresh, from the comfortable bed to the sleek bathroom. The smart lighting and USB ports were a nice touch. Staff were friendly, and the hotel had a relaxed vibe. Great value for the quality. I’d definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers
"Perfect one night stay"
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn. We booked a quad room for one night and everything was perfect — the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a lovely big window that let in lots of natural light. We also ordered breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and set our whole family up for the day. The staff were truly lovely — incredibly helpful and genuinely kind throughout our stay. They really went above my expectations with anything I asked. One member of staff even came outside to help direct me to the nearest car park, which was such a thoughtful touch. There were only two very minor things that could have been better. As a guest with a car, it would have been a nice extra if the hotel offered some kind of parking discount or waiver. I parked at the West Quay multi-storey car park, which was very close and recommended by a staff member, but it cost over £7 for the night. The only other small thing was that the shower gel in our bathroom had run out, and only hand soap was available. I’m sure it would’ve been sorted quickly had I let someone know, but it wasn’t a big issue as I had brought my own. All in all, I’d highly recommend Premier Inn to anyone, and we’ll definitely be staying again very soon — without a doubt!
