"Amazing stay"
Amazing value for money staff were amazing and made us feel right at home. Food was pricey but worth it. Room was spacious and the shower is awsome. Very clean tidy if we needed help the staff were on hand very quick and reliable

"One to avoid"
Hotel is beginning to look a bit shabby and tired. AC in room barely worked and it was like a sweat box throughout the night. Food is typically re-heated microwave fair with little originality. Quite expensive for what it is. There are much better hotels in Southampton and I deeply regret booking this one

"Clean room but no staff and little parking availability."
The hotel was reasonable clean and quiet. However, we found the toilet seat was broken when we arrived. I know this sort of thing happens but was surprised it had not been reported by the cleaner to be repaired. It would’ve been impossible to lift the lid to clean the toilet without noticing the bolt was broken.
We reported it and were offered another room, we were reluctant to move after unpacking so agreed for it to be repaired the next day, which it was.
Another downside was finding a member of staff to report this to, the front desk was unmanned most of the time we were staying and I, and other visitors, had to wait quite a long time to get anyone’s attention. Even after ringing the bell and speaking to staff in the restaurant we still had to wait another 5 minutes for anyone to attend. Meanwhile others gave up and left. I waited over 10 minutes altogether, nearly 15 minutes, which left us late leaving for an appointment.
The lack of parking was also a problem, there clearly isn’t enough for all guests. This is obviously known by the hotel but they have no suggestions where else to park. I suggest Premier Inn make an arrangement with the airport carpark immediately across the road as this was half empty the whole time we were visiting.

Went for our evening meal here as we stayed to go on our holiday the next day.
Food was amazing and Jason, our server was very friendly and attentive.
Have stayed here before and will happily stay again
