"Convenient & comfortable hotel."
Tidy hotel with usual Premier Inn facilities & room. Friendly & helpful staff. All at a decent rate Overnight stay with my family as a prelude to an event in the area the following day. Tasty, easy breakfast & away. Only gripe is the £10 overnight parking fee!

"The worst stay"
The room had mould and horrible garlic smell to it. Complained to reception and a shrug of the shoulders was the reply. Huge problem with car parking. Disturbed night sleep due to noise. Will not book with Premier again, certainly was not a good night sleep that they advertise so much! Poor service.

A year ago I wrote a review about the wonderful Karen who took care of me at breakfast and made it such a wonderful and safe experience for me as im a celiac. Well, I had the absolute pleasure of having her look after me again today. She is a legend! Premier Inn management, take note, this amazing lady needs to be going to all your other hotels to train staff in allergy information. The way she looked after me is not the norm, she
