    We have stayed at this Premier Inn many times over the years. The staff are very nice. Jason in the restaurant is always helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him

    Stay at this Premier inn regularly, always made to feel welcome. Great service in the restaurant from Jason , as always.

    We stay here every year before travelling to the Channel Islands. I do feel the hotel is now starting to feel a bit 'tired' and the cleaning in our room was questionable. Staff as always, great. Dinner was good and our waiter - Jason, was a star. Really helpful and friendly despite it being busy. The bar needs a more regular restocking as my relative and I wanted to treat ourselves to a cocktail but had to choose 3 times before we picked one that had all the items in stock! Breakfast was cold and was also let down by very slow replenishing of the hot (!) items. Again tho, good workers on the floor.

    Everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Towels were clean - slightly rough (but I dislike fluffy towels so they were perfect for me) Restaurant staff in the evening were excellent. We arrived later than anticipated and hadn't booked a table for our pre paid meal. As the restaurant was busy we were offered a 9pm table but with two children with us that was far too late - the lovely staff member did find us a table (excellent service) much to our relief. Our server for the evening was Jason. He was fantastic. He was friendly efficient and kept popping back to make sure everything was ok. The lady looking after the restaurant at breakfast (sorry I didn't get her name) was also amazing. After requesting gluten free toast she also took time to point out which cereal option was also gluten free. She looked after our table really well. A very positive experience :)

    Jason looked after our family while at the premier inn. We were well taken care of throughout and checked constantly, excellent customer service, super polite and friendly too!

    If you're flying to Northern Europe, Southampton Airport is the easy way to go. And there's nowhere more convenient to stay than Premier Inn Hotel Southampton Airport. We're handy for all the local attractions too, from the delights of Southampton city centre through to the adventure playground that is the New Forest National Park. Fly off to Amsterdam, Geneva or countless other destinations across Europe. Or take off to explore some fascinating history at Southampton's SeaCity Museum or Tudor House and Garden. Or pay a flying visit to Paultons Family Theme Park and spend some time with Peppa Pig. Then come into land back at the hotel, with a meal at our restaurant and a flight to the land of nod in a comfy bed.
