"Clean room but no staff and little parking availability."
The hotel was reasonable clean and quiet. However, we found the toilet seat was broken when we arrived. I know this sort of thing happens but was surprised it had not been reported by the cleaner to be repaired. It would’ve been impossible to lift the lid to clean the toilet without noticing the bolt was broken.
We reported it and were offered another room, we were reluctant to move after unpacking so agreed for it to be repaired the next day, which it was.
Another downside was finding a member of staff to report this to, the front desk was unmanned most of the time we were staying and I, and other visitors, had to wait quite a long time to get anyone’s attention. Even after ringing the bell and speaking to staff in the restaurant we still had to wait another 5 minutes for anyone to attend. Meanwhile others gave up and left. I waited over 10 minutes altogether, nearly 15 minutes, which left us late leaving for an appointment.
The lack of parking was also a problem, there clearly isn’t enough for all guests. This is obviously known by the hotel but they have no suggestions where else to park. I suggest Premier Inn make an arrangement with the airport carpark immediately across the road as this was half empty the whole time we were visiting.

Went for our evening meal here as we stayed to go on our holiday the next day.
Food was amazing and Jason, our server was very friendly and attentive.

"Shocking Parking arrangements."
Do not use this hotel if you need to park your car overnight. Spaces are rented out for airport users. Hotel residents have to take pot luck and then pay £10.50 per night for the privilege. Very poor show !! Staff very helpful but parking needs sorting out.

Rooms are what you expect from a Premier Inn. Fully air conditioned and can be left on when you are not in the room.
Jason was our waiter on both nights of our two night stay and made our dining experience worthy of a five star review. Jason took time and patience with party of 7 people which included children. Jason also corrected a minor issue with one of the meals, Jason’s customer service skills come natural to him.
