"Good hotel just unlucky to have faulty heating/ cooling system that kept me awake"
I love premiers usually but heating/ cooling system kept me awake though most of the night and no one to call. Very frustrating.

"Great location, good value, fantastic staff, hotel could do with a refresh."
The location is ideal as we fly down and stay overnight prior to boarding our ship at the cruise terminal. The hotel is looking "tired" and while perfectly clean, it needs a refresh. The room smelled stale and this may be as a result of the hotel needing to be refurbished. The price represents good value, Although located adjacent to an airport, and very busy, the hotel was very quiet. The staff and very friendly, helpful and efficient - especially Karen service breakfast, who welcomed us back like long lost friends, and Jason at dinner. We only use the hotel as a stopover prior to boarding cruises but the amenities are fine. However, we did pay for premium wifi in advance and this did not work at all.
