I received the best welcome from Jason when booking my table and dining in the restaurant. The service was impeccable. Jason was happy, polite and very up beat.

We normally stay at Premier Inn Southampton Airport when leaving on a cruise ship from Southampton. Although a very busy hotel the staff are excellent. A special mention to Jason in the restaurant who worked tirelessly to provide us with everything we wanted. Check in was smooth. My only comment is that the outside of the hotel needs a bit of a spruce up as it's looking a bit dirty and tired but inside everything is spotlessly clean.

The room was excellent, cooled with air con. The bedding glistened with clean sheets and towels. It was a nice big comfortable room with a lounge chair I could sit on.

Our stay at Premier Inn Southampton Airport met our needs perfectly. It was convenient for an early flight and the room was comfortable for two adults and two children.
The restaurant was busy, but the staff found us a table with a minimum wait time. It was pleasing that food allergies were taken seriously and catered for with care. Jason, our waiter, provided friendly and efficient service.
