    Amazing service from Debbie. very kind and thoughtful also very patient. Handled a situation very well and with a calm and efficient manner.

    For the most part, you know what you’re getting with Premier Inn. It’s just the little things that differ. Comfortable beds, as always. They finally did something about the “orange” juice at breakfast that wasn’t orange juice. Things are getting pretty sparse at breakfast by 10:00 though, despite it being served until 10:30. Often no croissants, pain au chocolat or yoghurts left and not being replenished. Things get noisy when the first aircraft of the day spins up its engines. The hotel is right across from the runway so, if your room faces that way, expect noise from 07:00. I guess it’s to be expected at an airport hotel and it didn’t really bother me. £10/night parking.

    The hotel location is convenient, as is the self check-in, but I think that's where the good points stop. The overall room/bathroom is rather poor, the bathroom fan was like having an aircraft engine next door when in bed. We didn't have breakfast there, far too expensive when you can have a far better one at the WoodMill cafe for much less. The thing that bug me the most is the extra £10 parking overnight charge which wasn't clearly stated at time of booking, so beware. I find these 'cheap' practices from a hotel chain like Premier Inn rather despicable. So in all, definitely not a good value for money hotel stay!
    "Not to Premier Inn Standards At All!!!"
    The room was dirty! There were sticky cup or glass rings on numerous surfaces in the room; the bedside table, the main table/bench top where these surfaces clearly hadn't been wiped and cleaned after the previous occupant of the room had been in the room!!! The shower curtain rail was lose and falling off. The TV was incorrectly tuned, the channels were all over the place or didn't work!
    "Great place to stop for Southampton AirPort"
    We wanted to stay near Southampton Airport after driving from Yorkshire to catch a flight the following morning. We booked this Premier Inn as it is a stone’s throw from the airport. It has its own parking but is very close to airport parking. This Premier Inn does look a little tired, but is very clean and comfortable with very pleasant staff. The breakfast was pleasant. This Premier Inn completely met and satisfied our needs.
