Brilliant hotel for our pre-cruise stay. Clean, comfortable rooms and a tasty breakfast to start our day!! Staff throughout are all very welcoming and kind. Vicky on reception was so helpful, such a lovely, friendly lady.
We really admire Premier Inns policy in helping Great Ormond Street Hospital.

"Bank holiday hustle and bustle."
I hive of activity on a busy bank holiday weekend but still operated smoothly and professionally.
Parking is convenient and reasonably priced.
Staff were fantastic. A special mention to Lamia who rescued my CPAP mask, which I stupidly left behind, which she discovered whilst cleaning the room and kept it safe until I returned to collect it. Absolute life saver!

Room was clean. Check in was by machine and the key, instructions not very clear. Restaurant service was slow took approx 2.5 hrs to have a 2 course meal,

The hotel itself is mostly fine, although my reservation couldn't initially be found. Tense wait.
However, the location does impact on the quality of the experience of staying there and I wouldn't stay again..
The hotel car park was completely full. It often is I gather. So drive around looking for another car park. Hard to find in an airport location with no stopping. Had to return to the hotel for advice, (after parking temporarily in a disability bay, something I would never do, to run in and ask advice. Queued. Asked. Left with instructions to a multi storey car park. It cost £20.10 for 24 hours. Took a 10 minute walk back, crossing right through the train station, to get back with luggage.
Bought a SMALL bottle of Peroni in the bar, £6.60!
Soundproofing was embarrassing. I could hear the guest In the room above snoring and also using the lavatory.
On leaving, hoped to report that the loo flush wasn't working properly but no-one on reception.
I should mention that the shower was impressive though.
