Ringwood hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Ringwood over the weekend. The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, caring, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the new member of staff serving in the restaurant. He told us it was his first day, but you would never have known it. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional throughout. Despite being new, he handled everything with confidence and a smile, making us feel very well looked after. We were a group of four female cyclists, and one thing we really appreciated was Premier Inn allowing us to keep our bikes in our rooms. This made a huge difference to us, giving us peace of mind and making our stay much more convenient. It's a thoughtful and cyclist-friendly approach that we were very grateful for. Thank you to everyone at Premier Inn Ringwood for making our stay so pleasant. We will definitely be returning and would happily recommend this hotel to others especially our fellow cyclists.

Ringwood Premier Inn. Staff excellent and food in the Thyme restaurant very good. Also location perfect for many activities.

A stop in a long journey to Cornwall and an opportunity to visit burley a short drive away. First inspection greeted by a lady who directed us to the bar area to sit we were half hour early before check in. Check in time rolls round and not a human insight ! Lucky I’m tech savvy so negotiated the self check in with no issues. Had this been my 69 year old mum this would have been a massive issue. Checked in room is lovely clean an fresh toilet roll hadn’t bee. Restocked nor had hand wash or shower gel. Wasn’t worried as was only one night! Had joining rooms so could sleep family of 5 were lovely lots of space fresh sheets plenty of pillows. No for the fun the restaurant only opens at 6 not ideal with kids but we made it work. Food took some time (considering I could see it being shoved in trays a cooked). Chefs look unhygienic (sorry) a like she hates her job. Delightfully a hair was found in child’s burger. Immediately removed by manager and promised a replacement. Husband then bit in to his raw pizza dough yum. Also sent back an replaced took ages. Manager lovely blond was great sorted the bill and replaced all food. If your desperate eat here if not try be more organised. Breakfast not the best but edible. Rooms alone definitely would come back rest of it not worth the time.

Staff where very good and helpful. Food was really nice. Would happily stay there again.

Pay extra for parking. Self check in machines. Poor hygiene at breakfast. Saw a member of staff stick his finger in an egg to pop a bubble and laugh to his colleague.
