Ringwood hotel

I’ve stayed at a few Premier Inns and this one, in my opinion, is up there with the best! Check in was seamless, our Premier Plus room was spotlessly clean. We had a small issue with the fridge and Ben, who was on duty at the time came straight to our room to see if he could help, then came back very shortly afterwards to offer the use of the staff fridge for our milk if needed! This is just one example of the friendly and efficient team working there. It was a brilliant short break and we shall visit again soon as it is in a great location for exploring the New Forest.

First time staying at Premier Inn Ringwood for two nights. No issues with the Premier Plus room. Had dinner on both nights there and couldn’t fault it. The only issue we had was the buffet breakfast. Premier Inn appear to care less and less about the quality of breakfast they are serving as it was cold on both mornings even though the food was under the heater lamps. The first morning of our stay was particularly bad as the mushrooms in particular were all shrivelled up they were that long there. Premier Inn would be better off cooking to order for breakfast similar to dinner if they want to take breakfast quality seriously. Avoid booking breakfast at the hotel and find a cafe nearby.

Pros: location, staff, big room Cons: blood and hair in the sheets, bed was messy when I arrived. Not able to open rooms at bedrooms.

Great location , we had a very warm welcoming from Sian extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly, we checked into our room and it was spotless and spacious. Strange bar service but very efficient x. The bed was so comfy and we slept well x breakfast was lovely the restaurant area was very clean well set out and modern. The breakfast was so nice along with the experience we decided to dine both nights during our stay. The staff were amazing very polite pleasant and friendly we felt very comfortable and welcomed, so compliments to the chefs the food was amazing, and thanks to staff Olly, Peter and Mia You certainly made a massive impression for the premier Inn We will definitely return 👏👏

Usual Premier Inn clean tidy and reasonably priced. However the bed was uncomfortable you could feel al the springs through it ended up sleeping on top of the quilt out of necessity. They should go back to the Hypnos beds. The ones they anre using now are just not good enough.
