- Location and access to T4 was helpful
-Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay ( hairdryer, safe, fridge, wifi, coffee/tea, lifts to rooms)
- Having availability to daily meals

A good location, easy parking. The room could be a bit cleaner. Our major disappointment was the unwelcoming duty manager. I pressed the buzzer for attention twice and she appeared 'I'm coming as fast I can' as opposed to 'How can I help?'
Then at breakfast my family appeared 'Everyones so early today' she said to me. I would of prefered a 'Good Morning'.

"One of the best Premier Inns out there!"
I’ve stayed at a few Premier Inns and this one, in my opinion, is up there with the best!
Check in was seamless, our Premier Plus room was spotlessly clean. We had a small issue with the fridge and Ben, who was on duty at the time came straight to our room to see if he could help, then came back very shortly afterwards to offer the use of the staff fridge for our milk if needed! This is just one example of the friendly and efficient team working there.
It was a brilliant short break and we shall visit again soon as it is in a great location for exploring the New Forest.

"Good Hotel but buffet breakfast not worth paying for."
First time staying at Premier Inn Ringwood for two nights. No issues with the Premier Plus room. Had dinner on both nights there and couldn’t fault it. The only issue we had was the buffet breakfast. Premier Inn appear to care less and less about the quality of breakfast they are serving as it was cold on both mornings even though the food was under the heater lamps. The first morning of our stay was particularly bad as the mushrooms in particular were all shrivelled up they were that long there. Premier Inn would be better off cooking to order for breakfast similar to dinner if they want to take breakfast quality seriously. Avoid booking breakfast at the hotel and find a cafe nearby.
