Everything was perfect the staff was great

Lovely staff, lady on reception duties evening of 11th April 2026 was so nice. All employees work hard and are pleasant. Room was clean, spacious and tidy. Only complaint was TV did not have many channels to view, kept asking for a code probably pay to view? £74 for the night which included an all you can eat breakfast was a good deal. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

My mother in law is 100 today. Family from all over the UK came to visit her. A group of 5 of us chose to stay at the Premier Inn Ringwood for two nights. What a wonderful experience we had. To start with, I have to say that Trevor and Peter were fantastic hosts in the dining area. They attended to our every need and made a big point of treating my two young grandchildren to a wonderful experience in hotel dining. They were treated like royalty with fun and laughter thrown in. They were both superb representatives of The Premier Inn. In addition to this, the management kindly hid two easter eggs for them to find in their family room plus a small easter egg hunt on the ground floor resulting in a lovely gift for each of the children. The care and effort gone into making this weekend break a pleasant one was exceptional. We have stayed here before and will most certainly do so again. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy and the range of menu options was staggering. The quality of the food and the value for money is very noteworthy. Thank you to the whole team for making this weekend special.

I stay here about 6-8 times a year. Staff are very friendly, professional, polite and helpful. Rooms are welcoming, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Restaurant for breakfast is really good, nothings ever too much trouble. The chef weekend mornings always has the biggest smile for everyone, the foods superb, cooked well. Huge food selection and such good value. Coffee is so good. Booked in 4 more times this year and looking forward to returning next month. I did try out another local premier inn and was so disappointed and will be sticking with this one from now on.

Check in was a little strange here as I was asked to state my nationality on the signature slip. When I politely asked why this was the receptionist said it was a legal requirement introduced by the previous government. I commented that I had recently stayed in other Premier Inns and never been asked this before, and she said maybe they didn’t bother as some people were upset about it. She added that she didn’t care if people were upset or not. Fair enough. I had a good night although the room was a little warm, and typical Premier Inn breakfast next morning. I would stay here again provided the price was right.
