Great service from Julie, happy, friendly and helpful Hotel is near port solent marina and castle

Every day I’m here for dinner, all team members especially Julie and Tess. Everyday I come in they always have the table I like ready and are absolutely remarkable along with the service big shout out to them both. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in a family room for one night with two adults and our toddler, and we were very impressed with our experience. The customer service was amazing and, as mentioned in previous reviews by other travellers, the staff really do go above and beyond. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we all had a fantastic night’s sleep. The air conditioning was a very welcome addition, especially during the current heatwave! There is also parking available on-site, and the fee for 24 hours was just over £3, which we thought was very reasonable and convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again when catching the ferry. Highly recommended!
