"Iv used this hotel about 4 x now ,my stay has been a pleasure near shops and buses ,if you dont have a car the beefeater"
We had 3 rooms 306 pound two nights bank holiday value for money 102 per room ,26 per nite per person exellent value for a top hotel very quiet staff 100% all ways freindly,3pound per 24 hour parking ,buses near by and plenty of shops at cosham

"Wonderful stay at this lovely Hotel"
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Reception staff are available and thoughtful. Rooms are clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. Also very fortunate to have a Beef Eater next door. Large Tesco and Costa across the car parks and on a good bus route

The welcome at reception was so warm and friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom was spotlessly clean.
Endless tea/coffee available - there is a "starter selection" already in your room, but you are invited to help yourself to as much as you need from the reception display.
There is a Beefeater, Tesco and KFC on your doorstep.
So everything covered if you want a full meal, snack or forgot your toothbrush!
Perfect stay - wonderful staff - 10/10. Faultless.

"A Welcoming and Friendly hotel to stay at near Port Solent"
Nice hotel with friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms with a great car park with CCTV at the reasonable price of £3. Per night. Only two floors with stairs to first floor (no lift so request lower floor if issues with stairs). Great meal deal with the Beefeater next door although their staff report that it is due to close down. Close to nearby Port Solent with its lovely marina with restaurants and bars.

The location of this hotel is very easy to get to it’s also easy to get into the motorway for work from this hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel is great there is. The rooms were really clean and well looked after by the housekeepers. The rooms were nice and cheap. The breakfast at the beefeater next door was absolutely amazing. The hotel is right near a retail park.
