"Very nice clean hotel (compared to Arundel one)"
Had stayed in the dreadful Premier Arundel the night before staying here, so in fairness, anything would be an improvement, but this hotel was in much better condition and cleaner that the Arundel one. Staff were friendly & the room was in the condition you would expect it to be, bring a Premier Inn.
We drank in the Beefeater pub attached and the staff were very friendly & helpful. We ate in there on the last night and the food was very nice. We had a voucher for 33% off which was a bonus, plus as I had been collecting points, we got a free bottle of wine too. The pub does need a little TLC around the windows but other than that, a nice place.

"Disappointing stay."
What an absolute let down compared to what the hotels used to be. The bed was so uncomfortable I’ve managed two hours sleep. The room smells of damp. Won’t be rushing back to stay in a premier inn.Thank god it was only for one night as I just couldn’t stay here longer.

Bed was awful, so uncomfortable, it such a shame you have lowered your standards by not providing Hypnos mattresses. The good night guarantee no longer stands ? Room smelt of damp, a leak from the shower which seems to have been left and now under the bathroom floor.

"Excellent hotel"
Excellent experience at premier inn north harbour. Reception staff were kind friendly and went out of their way to assist in any way they could. The Hotel rooms was exceptionally clean and roomy. Bed comfortable and it was very quiet . Couldn’t have had a better experience . Beef Eater across the road .

I’m very happy and satisfied with my experience at Premier Inn, the staff was very kind and welcoming they helped me with anything I needed, the place is very clean and tidy. Good price for 8 days of accommodation! The buffet at the Beefeater restaurant was great with a great range of options for vegans. A clam place to stay. I will repeat and definitely recommend!
