Beware of steep slopes to/from car park.
Associated restaurant was understaffed with slow, inexperienced staff for the evening meal, breakfast was better but short of staff

We stayed here for 3 nights without doubt the most uncomfortable stay we have ever had. The rooms where incredibly warm air-conditioning is non existent. We had no sleep whatsoever. So if you want to be cooked alive and feel like your in a sauna then this is the place for you. Awful room will never be using this hotel again horrendous đĄđĄ

"4 Star Stay"
Fairly decent stay. Room was ground floor kinda strange being in a ground floor hotel room but better due to the weather. Staff help was alright could have better I guess due to no one being on reception at the time of checking in. Room was ready for early check in. Room clean and tidy. Only thing to note here it is worth purchasing the super fast WiFi here due to no phone signal in this area of Havant.
