"An unhappy experience"
We have stopped at a number Premier Inns and this is the worst yet.
The price was high due to the Festival of Speed, the room was fine the bed comfortable but the meal deal was a real let down.
We would not stop again.

"Excellent all round"
A (mildly unexpectedly) great stay at this hotel. Every member of staff was excellent, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about the hotel and it's guests. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Rooms were great and beds comfy. Food was nice also!

Always stay here, location perfect, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air con is a god send for me! Only few issues and nothing to do with staff, hallways smell awful, lots of food unavailable at dinner time and breakfast (unless you go down super early). Poor girl at front desk on own dealing with people checking in who for some reason refused to use self check in, and trying to sit us for dinner, rushing between both. Was on her own, eventually another staff member came onto dinner service to take orders and again at option for desert were told only 1 cheesecake left so had to change option again. Considering it was meal deal very poor choice of meals available. Again, staff are brilliant, but understaffed and overworked.

Sealed windows??!! No fresh air. Some joker decided humans don't need fresh air. Unpleasant smell of fake scents in the corridors. £3 to park , does not sound a lot though if missed the Horizon scammers will be after all the pennies.
