Petersfield hotel

We stayed here during a charity 100mile walk and had over 20 bags to store. The team at reception on arrival could not have been more helpful and accommodating with no notice. On checkout, Stuart went above and beyond to help me move all the bags, cannot thank the team enough!

Very nice hotel, and great breakfast. Quite near to the motorway but I didn't hear any noise from my room so that wasn't an issue at all. Would stay there again

A perfect Premier Inn. We stayed for one night before catching the boat home. The staff were very friendly. The room was a great size for the family. We ate in the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and the food was great. A great stop off with everything you need.

Great receptionist Uzi I am a repeat guest and he always looks after us. Very helpful and cheerful. Good location and restaurant next door.

We had a very good stay and the service really stood out. Due to our boat times, we arrived quite early and normal check in was early afternoon. We also needed to be out again around check in time which would have been difficult to manage. Jo and the area manager were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even though the hotel had been fully booked the night before and the team were clearly extremely busy, they managed to accommodate an early check in. They did not have to do this, and it was very much appreciated. While waiting, we spent some time in the Beefeater bar area and had a similarly good experience, with friendly, helpful staff and good quality food and drink at good value. Overall, we were very impressed with the service and would happily recommend the hotel. We visit the area regularly and will definitely stay again.
