Petersfield hotel

Good location. Nice clean, comfortable room & bed. Freshly cooked hot breakfast with plenty of choice of food items. Friendly service.

Great hotel with fantastic staff. I had an amazing recent stay at the Petersfield Premier Inn. The staff were great both during the stay and prior to it. My elderly parents need a room with a walk-in shower (but not an accessible room, as the beds are too low). I spoke to Stuart at the hotel before the visit to check that they had rooms with walk-in showers. He went above and beyond beyond my expectations. Not only confirming some rooms do, but making a note that one on the ground floor would be allocated for one of the rooms booked. He also mentioned for the second to be on the same floor and close by. The bite was easy to find and quiet despite being close to a major road. Uzi on reception was efficient and helpful and the rooms in the annex block were ideal. They were also comfortable and clean. My only problem was the bathrooms didn’t have razor electric points. Whilst reception did have an adapter plug to borrow, it wasn’t for a razor. The Beefeater onsite was also really good. Bella our server was attentive to our needs and the food was great. Breakfast was just as good. Please thank all the hotel staff for making this a relaxing and memorable stay. If we are in the area we would definitely book to stay here again.

Can't say I had a good night sleep owing to the uncomfortable pillows . One hard and on soft and , even the spares were not much better. Complained in the early hours of the morning and despite offered more pillows , I could not get to sleep as the hours before made it difficult. Saying that they wasn't as comfortable as at home , they turned around said we can't offer you a refund as we can't expect to match what you have at home. Again, just don't expect to get a refund if you can't sleep .

I found finger/toenails next to the bed - the room had clearly not been cleaned. I have waited for a response from the Customer Service team before posting this. Sadly, they do not seem bothered by the standards at this hotel.
