Lymington (New Forest, Hordle) hotel

Second worst premier inn ever stayed in. Room was ok but bathroom in need of upgrade as toilet difficult to flush and taps on bath very noisy. Decor all round hotel very shabby. Restraunt and food very poor and limited. Evening meal on 03/07 awful. Barmaid had no idea how to work deals out on the till. Breakfast on 04/07 dreadful and a waste of money. Evening food very good. Emma on duty very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Booked in for two nights but only stayed for one Avoid until refurbished

Hotel is in need of a major revamp windows and doors have bit of wood hanging off on the out side. In side the rooms are clean but also in need of a revamp. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The meal deal is not worth the money as the evening menu has limited choices. We had pizzas that was made with very basic ingredients the base was like cardboard and not enough tomato sauce and topping, also not cut into slices. On the plus side the hotel has A/C the day we stayed it was 34 degrees.

The location is lovely on the edge of the New Forest. The hotel quiet and usual comfort of Premier Inn. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, even helping with carrying suitcases to room! A special mention for Mia who went above and beyond, during stay. A wonderful stay, and can definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, lovely clean comfortable room. Staff were great, very friendly. Nice breakfast. Perfect location for ferry terminal. The front of the hotel used to be a pub, which is currently being renovated so it doesn't look great, however, don't let this put you off.

This premier inn is in a terrible state of repair. First impression from the road was awful - a down at heal derelict frontage with unattractive grubby outdoor seating on broken pavers. Similarly the accessible room was in a very poor state: stained grouting and rust in the bathroom. A door splashed with paint. Dented walls. Poorly repaired holes. Scuffed woodwork. The list goes on. I raised these issues with the manager who said she had no dedicated maintenance staff and any repairs/ maintenance had to be undertaken by the small existing staff team. I think this premier inn should be closed down to allow urgent major renovation to take place. Barely fit for purpose . Premier Inn should be ashamed of this carbuncle.
