"Staff great...room needed a freshen up as did shower room tho."
We stayed in Room 6 and have to say it did look a tad tired as did the shower room,could do with a freshen up for sure. As for the staff..all were great i must say. Breakfast excellent as was Molly our server and the duty chef. Would stay again.

Always come and stay here mainly due to location. Lovely warm friendly welcome on arrival and throughout our 2 night stay. We always upgrade to the Premier plus looking out to the car park however sadly this time our fault we didn't and tbh not a good room by any means, noisy gutter dripping, wouldn't stay in that room again. But did the job it was clean and comfy. Yes it's tired etc but hey it's a base as husband ran the new forest run. Didn't eat in the restaurant but previously breakfast has always been good. Will definitely stay here again just got to remember to upgrade to a Premier plus room. Again parking more than adequate. So again thank-you and hopefully the renovations won't be too long!!
"Don’t let the outside put you off!"
Upon first glance I did wonder what I had done, from the outside it’s a bit tired and off putting,BUT what makes this the best Premier inn I have stayed in, is without doubt is the staff and quality of the reasonably priced food,Kirsty the very active Manager, Matthew and Reece front of house evening and morning, very friendly and welcoming, good fish n chips cooked by Mark, and Ben does the best poached eggs in the Morning. Yes, it’s a bit tired especially the restaurant tables, but they are clean, Reese was on the ball and cleared them quickly which can be rare in a Premier. I also recommend the upgraded rooms. Thanks to all the team!

Converted Tudor building in Lymington. Quaint and homely. Good facilities. Free parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Matthew was a great person to deal with as was Reese when we arrived. A great team at Lymington.
