Lymington (New Forest, Hordle) hotel

We recently stayed at Premier Inn Lymington (New Forest, Hordle) and had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we’ve come to expect from Premier Inn. The room was well maintained, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was a great base for exploring the New Forest and nearby attractions. The highlight of our stay was the fantastic service from Oli. He was genuinely welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made our stay feel extra special. He’s a real credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for the great job he does. The only areas that could be improved were the bar and the exterior of the hotel. It was a little disappointing that there were no draught beers available during our stay, and the outside of the building looks a little tired and could do with some refurbishment to better reflect the quality of the hotel inside. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Thank you to the whole team, especially Oli, for making our visit so enjoyable.

Second worst premier inn ever stayed in. Room was ok but bathroom in need of upgrade as toilet difficult to flush and taps on bath very noisy. Decor all round hotel very shabby. Restraunt and food very poor and limited. Evening meal on 03/07 awful. Barmaid had no idea how to work deals out on the till. Breakfast on 04/07 dreadful and a waste of money. Evening food very good. Emma on duty very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Booked in for two nights but only stayed for one Avoid until refurbished

Hotel is in need of a major revamp windows and doors have bit of wood hanging off on the out side. In side the rooms are clean but also in need of a revamp. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The meal deal is not worth the money as the evening menu has limited choices. We had pizzas that was made with very basic ingredients the base was like cardboard and not enough tomato sauce and topping, also not cut into slices. On the plus side the hotel has A/C the day we stayed it was 34 degrees.

The location is lovely on the edge of the New Forest. The hotel quiet and usual comfort of Premier Inn. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, even helping with carrying suitcases to room! A special mention for Mia who went above and beyond, during stay. A wonderful stay, and can definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, lovely clean comfortable room. Staff were great, very friendly. Nice breakfast. Perfect location for ferry terminal. The front of the hotel used to be a pub, which is currently being renovated so it doesn't look great, however, don't let this put you off.
