    "Highly recommended"
    Cannot fault any aspect of friendly staff, clean facilities, good food and so much help and support from cleaners, restraunts staff, reception and management. A real pleaseure
    "Ridiculous price for very poor accomodation"
    Included this particular photo because rust was ingrained on the plastic soap bottle as well as the metal cage itself. Been there ages. Must top up soap regularly why wouldn't you clean the bottle? Room just looked "tired", toilet hadn't been cleaned properly, shower had black mould and corridors were scruffy. Everything was just done to the absolute basic level with no desire to improve.

    Easy booking online, lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Very comfy clean room. We had to check in late as we were attending a wedding and couldn't check in earlier, made easy too as they knew I was going to be late. Breakfast was lovely too.
    "Rude and aggressive night management"
    Rude night management. He swore multiple times at a guest when they picked up part of a display and threatened "I'll f***ing kick you out of my f***ing hotel". Didn't get his name but he was bald with a beard. Could do with a bit of gentle customer service training. He was immediately hostile, and continued to be when the guest apologised and calmly explained why. He was very aggressive.

    Wonderful stay and the most brilliant staff. Manger was super helpful made us feel very welcome. Would recommend 100% 👌
