"Damp and Dirty"
Corridor smelt of damp room felt dirty didn’t get a wink of sleep as did not feel comfortable as soon as it was time for me to go I left without the breakfast I paid for as I could leave the hotel quickly enough will definitely not be staying there again, which is a shame as other premier inns I’ve been to have been top class

"Disappointing"
Very disappointing stay! We often stay in the Premier Inn and this has to be one of the worse experiences to date. We arrived as a family of 6 staying in 2 rooms. One room was simply not fit for purpose, we were greeted with a damp smell on entering. The walls were covered in stains and the mould around the window frame was disgusting, it was literally covered. We could not stay in this room, luckily we were moved to another floor. This proved very difficult when travelling as a family with young children. We also found the hotel to be very noisy and very little interaction from staff on the front desk. Breakfast was good and the lady serving was very cheerful and nothing was a problem. We often leave from Southampton on cruises but we wont be staying here again.

"Great place to stay whilst visiting family"
Stayed at Premier inn Gosport whilst visiting family. We found the bed very comfortable and the air con was a big bonus as the weather was very hot.
Overall we found the hotel great value for money. We paid extra for breakfast which was very good. Also you can just replenish your tea, coffee and milk etc. if it’s getting low in your room.

Yet again another easy and no hassle stay. Room spotless and hotel immaculately presented. A friendly welcome as always and not one issue encountered. One note to guests is to book breakfast. Night before as the restaurant is quite small and can get full quickly. Great stay as always.
