Gosport hotel

We booked our room in February, for a visit in July as we needed to have ( for medical/care reasons) adjoining rooms. We received a call to confirm that the adjoining rooms were booked and I double checked this the week before the stay. On arrival, the receptionist acted like we were booking into adjoining room, but when we got to them, they weren't adjoining. i went back to take it up with her, she didn't even know which rooms in the hotel were adjoining and pretty much fobbed me off - just like Guest Relations did. I rang them and was told they would have to wait for the hotel manager to give an explanation. 4 weeks later, still not heard, so chased them to be told that they had received a reply just short of 4 weeks ago but nobody decided to tell me - and that it is hotel policy that despite you being told that your room is confirmed, it isn't necessarily ( so why did they need to wait for the manager's response if that is their general feed back) This is one of the grimmest Premier Inns we have stayed in but always use it when visiting for the Collingwood open day - however on this visit, their customer care, outdid itself and we will find somewhere else to stay next time. Absolutely appalling customer care - I suppose you get what you pay for!

Chose this hotel as attending g a family event. The hotel is old but very clean. Could do with being painted on the outside. Lots of car park staff. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok

We had a lovely couple of nights at the Premier Inn. The staff were lovely, our room was plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were really comfy. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. We had a great stay.

We had family come and visit and they stayed here. They were happy with the rooms. I personally didn't stay or see the rooms. We joined them for breakfast the following morning. We pre booked as were a group of 12. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. They even remembered the family were celebrating a significant birthday and asked how the party went. The breakfast was delicious and constantly being topped up with freshly cooked items. My mum even received a birthday gift which was above and beyond and such a wonderful gesture.

Friendly , helpful staff, the room was clean and comfortable . Air con was brilliant during an unbearable heatwave . Good value for money , highly recommend.
