"Lovely Premier Inn. Great Value"
Location is ideal from station and it was very near my family for an occasion.
I checked in late so no staff about but the check in procedure was very easy. The room was cool, which I like. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and quiet.
Really great value for money. I dealt with a lovely girl, Loki, at breakfast. She was very friendly and pleasant

"Good location but rooms are poor"
Location is good with lots of parking. Arriving at the hotel we saw no member of staff, used the self check in and went to our room. The room was a good size but the bedroom floor had dirt or chocolate pressed into the carpet. There are lots of marks on all the walls and the place looks quite dated. The bathroom was the worst part. There was mould on the ceiling in multiple places and had a really weird smell.
The next morning we went to breakfast and it was okay. The cooked food was warm and had a decent selection. The coffee machine was broke so we just had the same coffee as supplied in the room.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying there again.

"Ruined by Head Office"
It's a shame to give a negative review as it is more a reflection of Head Office than the hotel staff. We had a pleasant enough stay but experienced an issue on the second night where the air conditioning had a fault causing random loud noises. The Good Night Guarantee was not honoured by head office, despite reception saying it would, because we reported on the morning rather than us find someone in the middle of the night. The expectation being that we would have invited a stranger into our room where my children, one of which who is autistic was sleeping and giving them the option to move us in the middle of the night. Wow, how many customers would like to put their children through this let alone a child with special needs. We have stayed in many Premier inns without ever complaining. Genuinely would expect more compassion and respect from such a brand that prides itself on standards.

Good experience. Adequate parking, helpful staff, decent food, quiet room and a comfy bed, all at a reasonable price. Nothing not to like!
