Good experience. Adequate parking, helpful staff, decent food, quiet room and a comfy bed, all at a reasonable price. Nothing not to like!

The great Staff make this venue. Jack, Loki, Joe, so many caring helpful people. From check in to check out they could not have been more helpful. We didn’t eat there but I was told the food is very good and of value. I will return. Thank you so much.

I've stayed at the Premier Inn Fleet several times because of work and the railway station. Unfortunately, the last time was not up to it's usual good standards. I was walking in the bathroom on the morning of checking out, and my socks were sticking to the floor. I wiped the floor with a damp cloth and it was filthy, dirty! I reported it to the receptionist, who offered use of a shower in another room, but by that time, I just wanted to leave. I did notice the carpet hadn't been hoovered properly in the room, and the bedsheets had old stains. The bed was comfortable though. Since staying there often in the last 5 years, it's starting to look shabby/old fashioned. There is now a stale smell in the corridors and when walking into the bedrooms. I was going to stay there in June and noticed at the time of booking, it was £180 a night, certainly not worth the money! I've stayed in the Holiday Inn this week and it is far, far better. The rooms are cleaner, modern and beds are more comfortable. The bathroom floor was also clean! The rooms were also cheaper.

Warm , efficient and friendly welcome by Joe on arrival. Easy and convenient parking. Good location. Great value for money. Room spotless and all you need for a pit stop overnighter. Slept well as peaceful location Lovely breakfast , Loki very efficient, friendly and attentive too, especially for my partner who is gluten intolerant. Thank you. Nice to see upgraded reception work going on, and although a bit disruptive for staff and guests, didn't affect our stay at all.
