"Poor cleanliness in bathroom"
Poorly cleaned bathroom with black mould throughout, stayed with my 1 year old baby who grabbed the handle inside the bath and his hand was lathered in black mould, as a cleaner myself, I then scrubbed it with toliet roll and the majority of it came off meaning it’s definitely down to poor cleaning if I hadn’t of realised and he ate it, it would be a different story with a hospital visit. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again

"Pleasant stay"
Handy location by the train station. Food is always ok and service good. Especially thanks to Loki, Jack and Hope.
My only negative is that the room smelt funny this time, possibly a smoker in the room previously.

"Excellent staff"
Really helpful, friendly staff member, Loki. We were also served by Loki in the later evening bar: a dedicated member of staff.

"Great standard that I've come to expect of a Premier Inn"
Always love a premier inn, Fleet had plenty of parking, had to pay but reduced rate. Very close to the station and Fleet Pond for a nice walk.
Lovely and quiet at night, breakfast great, no queuing at 7.30am. Great not needing to check out til 12pm.
Loki on the desk very friendly.

"A great premier inn stay."
Loki was a fantastic help with my car parking, which helped me have a stress free visit into London on the last day of my stay. A great premier inn stay.
