Fleet hotel

As a couple we often stay at this Premier Inn when visiting Farnborough nearby. This time we stayed with family. It was another perfect stay. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Loki was so lovely on reception, and looked after us so well when having a meal with the grandchildren one evening. We had a lovely meal - compliments to the chef. Thanks also to Jack for sorting our mishap with the bathroom sink! See you again soon!

Close disabled parking for my daughter and easy access, young lady helped us with booking in as never used this location before, My Daughter has a rapseed allergy parts of her medical BBS1 health condition so when ask whats available repseed free on the menu the senior staff member wasn't very helpful and basically left the table staff member who actually helped us out, when the food was oreded me and my partner received our meal then had to wait just over ten minutes to both our daughters meals to arrived our was nearly cold by know and told new cheff and lack of staff by management only 3 families at the tables During the early night reported air conditioning unit wasn't working and no ventilation in the room as second floor family room advice it would have to be sorted in the morning so up most the night with daughter due room temperature and discomfort, The good news is breakfast staff was fantastic explain our allergies and previous night issues the young man at the desk and chef asked how could they help to give my daughter a good breakfast for the day out plan they definitely a credit to the company unfortunately didn't get any names but thank you guys.. The room was very clean and a lovely hotel setting just depends on the staf at the time..

Dad with two young children Staff were nice and breakfast was great - frustrating to have to pay for parking but it was only £6 for two nights My main issue was I booked a family room 1 adult and two children and we arrived late to find a double bed and an unmade sofa bed .. not ideal to have to make up beds with two little ones at 9pm - I thought as it was late id share with my 7 year old and removed the mattress from the sofa and put my daughter on a mattress on the floor as I was worried as it was narrow she would fall out in the night - got the bedding out of its bag and it needed to be thrown away .. ive never seen so many stains ! I then had to drag two children back downstairs to try and sort something which was really inconvenient as they were tired and I just wanted to get them to bed.. ended up getting to bed really late .. staff were helpful and tried their best so this is not aimed at them but not ideal as we always use premium inns and not had a bad one yet until this time .. just being honest guys- we also only had one bath towel for three of us so had to ask for more not a big deal but I had to sneak down again when the kids were asleep

Hotel staff are great. Loki was our server. She was friendly, polite and very helpful. A credit to your company
