"Amazing staff"
Currently staying at the monkey puzzle premier inn. The staff here are phenomenal. Lovely greeting when checking in together with a smile and a hello when you are coming and going. Cleaners do a great job places is clean and tidy. Breakfast is excellent. Staff in the restaurant have been great. Will definitely be back next time we visit family which will be soon!!!!

"Really good customer service"
I stayed with a family member at Farnborough Premier Inn for a family wedding which was near by. Overall the stay was great. We stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast both mornings. On the first the rooms were adequate size and clean. The breakfast was as expected, we just had porridge. The thing that stood out was the customer service, I think the attendant was called Chandan, he was super helpful, helping us to carry our belongings to our room, always welcomed us with a smile and asked how our day was. It was really nice to receive. The first night, I was woken up around 1am when another guest was arriving with their family and were discussing which room they had booked.

"Good room - shocking restaurant."
Room is fine - the attached Brewers Fayre which acts as the restaurant and bar is shocking - will never stay here again...

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good value for money. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean just a bit of cleaning and dusting on electric fans and hang curtain to hang properly. Otherwise everything is fairly good.
