There is no on-site car park at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at The Meads Multi-Storey car park (GU14 7SR). Daytime parking (08:00-18:00) is charged at £6 and overnight parking (18:00-08:00) is charged at £1.50. Please note that the car park has a height restriction of 1.9 metres. Alternative parking is available at the Sainsburys car park next to the hotel, managed by Horizon, £2.00 every 2 hours, £2.00 night rate from (22:00-07:00) and if you download and pay via the Horizon app it is £5 per night.

The Hotel room itself was great as expected for a premier Inn. We have stayed at several different premier inns and always enjoy them. However the food in the restaurant let the entire experience down. The staff were very kind and friendly but clearly understaffed which left the restaurant looking untidy and not clean at all. At breakfast the Coffee machine and all around it was filthy, the "clean" cups placed on dirty trays and a build up of old dirty all around the Coffee machine. The Walls are very dirty also and had food splatted all up the walls needs a refresh. The staff were absolutely lovely and this isn't a reflection on them. It is a reflection of understaffed proving little time to tidy such a shame.

Very good location, very clean, a good value for money and the service was good. There was a problem with the air conditioner making noise all the time.

Hotel and room were good.
The attached Beefeater restaurant was not, it was understaffed so we could not get food on a Friday evening as they were "fully booked" despite the appearance of a lot of empty seats.

Regular to Premier Inns mainly because you're not leaving it to luck - just the facilities you need and no pointless extras. This stay was no exception, but the chap on reception, Rahib, was noteworthy in his friendliness and consideration - a very pleasant start. Very convenient location for me too, right near the station.

"Parking issue"
Standard premier inn, room seemed to be set up for a single, even though it was a double...main issue was the attached car park, which is a sainsbury's car park, you can get a ticket from the machine (max two hours at a time) or book through the horizon app....only problem was the app kept insisting the car park was full, and wouldn't let us book, even though 1) we were parked in it, and 2) it was only half full...very frustrating when your out for a xmas do for the nite
