Fareham hotel

Had to carry luggage upstairs no lift Worst breakfast ever for 10.99 only sausage and bacon assistant reluctantly made me a fried egg whilst listening to music on his earbuds No plates had to ask for a plate angry lady shouted in the back and then reluctantly arrived and threw the plates on the counter Staff did not care breakfast supposedly served till 11looked like they closed it down at 10 . Stale pancakes 2 available Muffins one no effort to replenish

Do not book a room without air con if the weather is warm / hot. We booked 2 rooms, We stayed in May just as there was a brief heatwave, The room was so hot, we opened the door & instantly were hit with stifling hot air in the room, we knew it was to hot to sleep in, the hotel knew, they had put in 2 mobile fans in attempt to cool before we arrived & left window open (no sleep due to noise of fans & blowing curtains moving letting in light) we left window open (no sleep due to traffic) it was still unbearably hot, all literally sweating laid on top of covers, shower at 4am to try & cool, asked to be moved, told only 12 rooms with air con & non available. Nice to know lots of sweaty people are using the beds! Complained by email, said they’d reply within 5 days, they didn’t. Left exhausted. We won’t ever use Premier inn again. Top it off the bathroom was dirty, thick dirt around the taps, stains on the wall by the toilet & cups left to make a drink dirty.

No air conditioning unbearably hot, 2 fans in the room blowing hot air around, the breakfast was very good. The window had a bar across which stopped you from opening window very wide, thought this could be a safety concern if there was a fire.

Had a lovely experience staying at Fareham Premier Inn. The staff were very accommodating for my needs as I requested a room near reception, housekeeping were very helpful if I needed anything topped up in my room and they always did it with a smile on their face and my breakfast was brilliant, always cooked fresh to order.

Bed bugs and now infected bites Been to two seperate hospitals and both confirm bed bugs discussing filthy rooms dust everywhere .never experienced anything like this before in my life .beds obviously not cleaned properly disgraceful Taking it further as holiday is booked for following weekand now have bites that have become infected 0 stars should be an option.DO NOT STAY HERE
