    "Worst stay at this premier inn"
    Awful service staff were untrained rude and argumentative couldn't find my second room family room didn't have enough beds vending machine not working never has any of my stays here been so stressful Parking is however free and plenty of it and this inn is just outside the town centre in the leisure park with good access to everything
    "Unpleasant family room experience"
    Arrived early room wasn’t ready fair enough went to eat in the restaurant which was pleasant and good value after meal we had 40 mins before check in so went to see if room was ready, a young man was there said yes it was ready but would need to check in as early check in was baffled as it was 40 mins said there was no manager to speak to so he texted a colleague and said there was a temp manager but wasn’t on site so after ways doing because communication was via text with manager and staff and when arrived in family room it wasn’t cleaned and presented like the premier inn pictures next day went to have shower the bath tub was feeling up with water as we was a family of four we need the bath tub unblocked so we all could have a shower went to reception was told no maintenance team and nothing they could do no spare room to have a shower then handed me a plunger was absolutely disgusted that after paying quite a bit of money to be told to maintain the blockage, we have family in the area so regularly use this hotel don’t think we would consider this hotel again

    Had a wonderful stay at Basingstoke west, Location was perfect for a wedding that I attended. Rooms were clean & the staff were so friendly.

    Rooms as expected from premier, clean, well maintained and comfortable... receptionist cold unfriendly and not welcoming

    The service and the hospitality was very excellent. The room was tidy and clean. It was a quite place l really enjoyed it.always come back with pleasure
