"Very very disappointed"
Had booked this hotel 12 months ago and paid for the meal deal only to be advised 3 days before our trip that the restaurant would be closed , no mention of a refund of the £55.98 I had paid so had to ring and after 3 phone calls managed to speak to someone and finally arranged for my money back.
On arriving at the hotel the receptionist said we could get food across the road at Hollywood bowl but the fast food on offer there wasn't to our taste .
The room was comfortable but felt like it was tired especially in the bathroom , will definitely not be booking here again.

"No hot water!"
What has happened to Premier Inn?
Stayed for a night after an event and woke up looking forward to a nice refreshing shower. No hot water!! How?!
I went downstairs to speak to reception who said that there are issues with the hot water but there was no solution.
Premier Inn was always my go to hotel brand… seems to have gone downhill if even the basics can’t be achieved. From reading other reviews this water issue seems to be an issue at this hotel.

"Rubbish Premier Inn"
The room wasn't clean, it smelt damp, the furnishings were falling apart, most of the lights in the room didn't work and the restaurant was closed and they didn't inform us prior to us arriving, so we had no dinner nor any breakfast.
Dont waste your money staying here.

So we booked in here overnight before our cruise. Before we arrive i kept getting emails to book the offer of evening meal and breakfast. Decide we would do it when we got there as we have done before. When we arrived we are greeted with signs saying "we have no restaurant sorry" why the hell didnt they email to say there was a problem, oh yes people may of cancelled. Well yes I would if cancelled and changed our plans. So whats on offer, costa, McDonald's with 10% off or pret. Have they ever thought that some people may not want those foods. We stayed at holiday inn the other month and have to say it was so much better. We have stopped at premier inns alot but I think its time to stop.
