    "Excellent weekend stay "
    Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Lots to do in the middle of the leisure centre and a fantastic beefeater next door. The manager of the premiere in , Kate , was excellent and very helpful.

    The staff make you feel so at home. It was just the stay I needed after the week I had. Every staff Member attended to me needs with care and respect. Food was delicious. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a very long time. Went down smoothly with a recommend red wine. Very well trained staff. I will definitely will be coming back.

    Room nice and clean. Bed comfortable but had to get another pillow. Bathroom clean but toilet a bit stained. The room was exceptionally warm with no air conditioning. They did provide a fan which I had to keep on all the time. Room was facing main road so was very noisy as we had to have the window open. No decafe tea or coffee in the room so had to go and get some. Had a hairdryer which was handing. Was nice and quiet actually in the hotel once we were in our room.

    No air con! Which might be OK for much of the year but in a summer heatwave the rooms were very very hot overnight and it was insufferable. One fan recycling some hot air but was pretty grim. We complained based on the ‘Good Sleep Guarantee’ but they’ve got the T&Cs nicely tied up to exclude hot weather and a lack of air conditioning.
    "BOY RACERS !!!"
    We booked in for a Saturday night to ensure we were in good time for our grandson's football match on the Sunday. The hotel itself was fine, no complaints , but the boy racers were a pain. They obviously meet close by and then do circuits round the ring road (?) so there was a lot of engines revving and noisy exhausts until the wee small hours. Not the hotel's fault of course but it is a shame Hampshire police can not get on top of this as it appears to be a long standing problem. Also I do prefer a Premier Inn (and there are some) that do a cooked breakfast to order. So much nicer than a pre cooked hot breakfast buffet. Would we stay again? Probably not on a Friday or Saturday night. We would probably had more sleep at home even if we had got up mega early to travel on the Sunday.
