Came from Devon to take the kids away for the Easter holidays and the Easter activities were great the kids were so happy to win some prizes from the raffle.the reception ladies in the morning and evening were lovely.

We recently stayed at the Premier Inn Basingstoke during the Easter holidays, and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. If you’re traveling with a family, this hotel really goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome.
Highlights of our stay:
Outstanding Service: A special shout-out to Charissa at the front desk. She was so incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, setting a wonderful tone for our entire stay.
The Breakfast Deal: You can’t beat the value here. We opted for the unlimited breakfast, and since two children eat free for every adult paying full price, it made our mornings both stress-free and very affordable.
Easter Magic: Because it was the holiday season, the staff had arranged a raffle draw for the kids. They were absolutely thrilled to win some lovely prizes! It was such a thoughtful touch that made their trip extra special.
Kid-Friendly Atmosphere: To keep the little ones occupied during downtime, they were given lovely coloring sets. It’s these small details that show the hotel really understands the needs of parents.
The Room: Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing more than enough room for the whole family to relax without feeling cramped.
Between the warm hospitality from Charrisa and the fanstastic breakfast deal, Premier Inn is a great choice for a family getaway. We will be back.
