      Very friendly receptionist, Maria. She was very accommodating with all my requests and the room are very cosy. Free parking is a plus too

      Maria at reception was great, clean and easy to get to with free parking. Was staying for a nearby festival so lots of guests and it was all fine.

      Lack of facilities - closed restaurant, tv not working, WiFi not working. Noise from other visitors not dealt with. Lack of staffing. Very poor experience and Lack of feedback from premier inn.
