    "Lovely Receptionist"
    Lovely location, under maintenance but its a nice building, nice room and nice smoking garden! Lovely receptionist Celeste, went above and beyond to help out! Would recommend.

    I was expecting a clean, decent room.. As I paid premier prices for the 2 nights I stayed at this location. I was totally surprised by the dirty, tired rooms, that were given to me, did complain, but didn't really get anywhere. (am still thinking of approaching WhitBread HQ)

    I had a fantastic stay at this Premier Inn. The location is ideal, just a short walk into Aldershot, which made getting around really easy. The hotel itself was spotless, and my room was both spacious and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast provided during the building works – such a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. The team here clearly cares about their guests, and it showed it. Thank you!
