There is very-limited, chargeable parking available at Horizon Parking managed car park next to the hotel for £9 per night, which operates on pay on exit basis.
Alternative chargeable parking is available opposite the hotel, operated by the council. 8am-6pm: £4, 6pm-8am: free. If guests wish to stay past 10:30am, this is charged at £1.

Jackie and Will made us welcome from the minute we arrived . Prompt service, friendly and polite. The hotel was clean and the room well appointed . A short walk to town. Parking close to the hotel ( some parking in the hotel car park) . Vegetarian food on the menu. Lovely comfy bed , spacious room . Close to the road but no traffic noise .
I hope to return soon.
Jackie and Will are exactly how all front of house staff should be ....... Brilliant & thank you guys

"Avoid room 114"
Room 114 needs to be shut down, smells like mold, do not send any more customers to this room! Fix your humidity issue in this room, i've been in Wigan Oremier Inn and all of the rooms were perfect apart from this one, very disapointed

"Hotel that does what it says on the tin"
Centrally located, walking distance from the railway station good quality hotel set in an open, safe, clean area of the town.
Easily accessed with simple check in and staff to help. Clean, tidy and fresh- smelling. I'd never thought to put that in a review before but after some other weird- smelling hotel I went to the other week, I was grateful.
The room was the standard Premier Inn good quality room which was modern and clean. Everything worked as it should; TV, WiFi, shower, and each of the sufficiently provided plug sockets.
The view was of a car park but I didn't go they're for the view and it wasn't noisy so all good.
